Project Planning
& Consultancy

DruÅ¡tvo avtonomija can support you with the activities of the project planning process, which encompass analysis and identification of the needs the partner organisation would like to address in the future. The partner organisation might also resolve or mitigate an already identified societal issue confronted in its local environment.

Once the needs are identified and elaborated the matching of partner organisation’s needs and partner organisations activities with the calls for proposals and other funding opportunities can start.

The consultancy also involves identifying the optimal project partners and building a successful project consortium, applying the appropriate principles to maximise the project proposal final success.

Following this step, the durations for the various tasks necessary to complete the work are listed and grouped into a work breakdown structure.

The inherent project phase is also estimation of costs for each activity, which are allocated to each resource, giving the total project cost. At this stage, the project schedule may be optimized to achieve the appropriate balance between resource usage and project duration to comply with the project objectives.

Finally, the project planning process involves the management of project proposal preparation utilizing various communication means to achieve effective communication between project consortium partners. The process is concluded once the project application pack is prepared; containing project plan, project budget and the documentation provided by the project coordinator and the partners depending on application procedure requirements.

Project Evaluation

With the project evaluation, we help our project partners through a systematic method for collecting, analysing, and using information to answer questions about projects, programs and activities, bring out the best effectiveness and efficiency.

Project partners and stakeholders often want to know whether the programs they are funding or implementing are producing the intended effect.

The primary goal for project evaluation is to focus around the above definition. However, during the project evaluation phase it is also important to consider, if the project costs are in line with the project budget and, if they bring the adequate results.

During the process, it is also important to establish what are the ways and how the project activities, deliverables and the project impact could be improved. Whether the program is worthwhile, whether there are better alternatives, if there are unintended outcomes, and whether the program goals are appropriate and useful.

Within the project evaluation process we help to answer these questions, the best way to answer the questions is for the evaluation to be a joint project between evaluators, project partners and stakeholders.
